Live transfers put a screened shopper on your phone in real time after prior opt-in and verbal consent on the call. You are billed when the connect passes your agreed buffer time. Callback leads are exclusive records delivered for outbound follow-up; you are billed when the lead is delivered. What counts as a billable transfer
A transfer counts as billable only when the call stays connected past the buyer's agreed buffer time. Shorter calls are not billed. The buffer is set per buyer at onboarding.
Replacement policy
