Lead Quality and Replacement Policy
How we define billable live transfers and replace rejected or disqualified leads for licensed agents—without cash returns.
How we qualify callers
Before a live transfer or callback lead is delivered, callers are screened with vertical-specific questions aligned to your campaign (for example Final Expense, Medicare, ACA, or auto). Filters for licensed states, hours, and daily caps are set at onboarding.
Billable transfer definition
A transfer counts as billable only when the call stays connected past the buyer's agreed buffer time. Shorter calls are not billed. The buffer is set per buyer at onboarding.
Replacement policy
Rejected or disqualified leads are replaced with new leads. They are not paid back in cash. To report a rejected or disqualified lead, contact your Tele Leads Agency account contact with the lead or transfer identifier and the reason it does not meet the agreed campaign criteria. A replacement lead is issued according to your order terms.
Pricing context
Live transfers start at $25–$50+ per billable transfer and callback leads at $12–$18+ per lead, with a 30-unit minimum order. See how pricing works and TCPA compliance and consent.
Why replacement instead of cash
Tele Leads Agency issues replacement leads when a lead or transfer is rejected or disqualified under the campaign criteria you agreed at onboarding. Cash is not returned. That keeps budget in pipeline—new exclusive opportunities—while preserving clear rules for what qualifies.
Report issues to your account contact with the lead or transfer identifier and a short reason. We review against the agreed filters, billable buffer time for live connects, and campaign notes. When a replacement is due, a new lead is issued under your order terms.
How billable connects protect both sides
A transfer counts as billable only when the call stays connected past the buyer’s agreed buffer time. Shorter calls are not billed. The buffer is set per buyer at onboarding and confirmed in writing so your floor and our delivery team share the same definition.
Nationwide coverage remains available in your licensed states. Starting commercial ranges—$25–$50+ per billable transfer and $12–$18+ per callback lead with a 30-unit minimum—are detailed on pricing. Consent follows TCPA-minded process: prior opt-in plus verbal consent on the call before transfer, as summarized on compliance.
Quality expectations for agents
Agents should keep licensing current, staff agreed hours, and apply carrier or CMS rules on Medicare calls. We screen with vertical-specific questions aligned to your brief, then either transfer live or deliver callback data exclusively. Feedback on dispositions helps tighten filters over time so replacements stay rare and inventory stays usable.
